Fight Depression


 I know people who suffer from depression. They’re usually intelligent and gifted, but this dark affection hovers intermittently, leaving them shattered. Doctor explains that imbalances in certain brain chemicals, often a sudden drop in their levels, are a cause. So pills to boost those chemicals are often prescribed. One in ten of us suffers from depression at some point in our lives, reveal epidemiological studies done by The National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMHANS), Banglore (India).
There’s good evidence that some of them really help, especially if you have mild to moderate depression. Drug-free treatments can also be useful complement to antidepressants and may help prevent you developing mental health problem too.
