How to forget someone you love so much?

Its not about deleting his pictures, its about deleting him from your mind

I strongly agree with deleting pictures because this helps the subconscious mind realize that the relationship is really over, however, you can’t delete the person's picture in the morning then keep thinking about him/her in the evening.
Thinking about someone you loved will only remind you of the good times you spent together, will let you recall the good feelings you had with him/her and will strengthen your desire to bring him/her back.

When people lose hope in getting something that they really wanted they usually become depressed, however in relationships it works the other way around, when you lose hope in getting someone you loved so much you start to recover.

  1. 1
Make a list of things you always wanted to do and never did: You've probably wanted to do a lot but never got around to it because the relationship was taking up so much of your time. Once you are done with the list, you will see how much life has to offer you.
  2. 2
Don't wallow in self-pity: Breaking up is tough even if it's you has left the other person. What's important is that you realize that life must go on. Start something new, even if it doesn't take off, you would at least be happier with the experience.
  3. 3
Meet up with old friends: Or make new friends. A good way to meet like minded people is to join a club related to your interests.
  4. 4
Brainwash or use logic to beat the blues: If your ex-love was a pain, getting over it should be easier. Just focus on the negatives and be happy that you are out of a toxic relationship. If the person was really nice, then it's tougher, but then again, be happy that you had the opportunity to meet such a person. Remember that everyone comes into our lives for a reason, it's not the quantity, but the quality of the relationship that matters.
  5. 5
Bless him/her: Despite everything that's happened, bring yourself to truly forgive. If possible, go up to the person and tell him/her that you have been deeply hurt, but you forgive them for all they have done. This helps you to move on, and believe in humanity once more.
  6. 6
Don't stay home: You don't need money to walk down your street, look at the sky, enjoy a book or other simple pleasures that life has to offer us.
  7. 7
Forget yourself: Remember that there is always love to give and there is so much we can do to make our lives richer. Learn your lessons and embrace the light. Give yourself to a cause greater than yourself, and suddenly all your worries will disappear.
  8. 8
Keep the faith: It's easy to become bitter, but remember, that will not make you happier. Religion, music, animals, sports; any of these can bring back the warmth into your life.
  9. 9
Refrain from talking about your ex-love all the time: Your friends will soon disappear and you will find it harder.
  10. 10
Delete everything: phone numbers, chat logs. It might hurt you, but you won't read this logs or call him/her.
  11. 11
Get rid of all poems, music, films: when you are walking in your flat, you won't see things, that could recall about your love.
  12. 12
Remove all objects that remind you of him/her.

Fake Friends..

Instructions

    • 1
      Selfish Behavior
Fake friends tend to be very one-dimensional. They think about their needs and are very oblivious to the needs of others. They only call you when they want or need something and they are very unapologetic about it. If your friends can't deem you worthy enough to talk to other than when they need you. Cut them off!

      Gossip and Drama
It's like my mother used to say; If they will talk about someone to you, then nine times out of ten, they are talking about "you" to someone else. Gossip is a terrible thing. It's a stirring pot of drama and just creates bad energy. It hurts other people and it can make you look and feel bad about yourself in the long run. One sure sign that your friends aren't really your friends, is when you find that you gossip more when around them.
A real friend would never bother to sit around to constantly entertain such miscellaneous conversation. A real friend also wouldn't allow others talk about you or anyone else in a negative way without you being there to defend yourself.

You Have To Mask Yourself While Around Them
If you feel like you have to be someone other than your normal self around your friends then chances are they aren't your real friends. We all know this feeling. You go out with these people but you feel like you need to dress or talk differently in order to fit in.

      Lies and Competition
Fake friends are typically ashamed of who they are. They hate any and everything that has to do with honesty. It's lies that keep them feeling good about themselves. These types of friends also feel the need to compete with you on a regular basis.
For instance; Let's say that you went out bought a new outfit, and you get a few compliments from people. Someone asks where did you buy your outfit? After you politely answer the question, watch how quickly your fake friend will go out of their way to talk about the new outfit that they bought. They will mention everything from the price, brand, store and even the name of the sales clerk, basically going out of their way to make it seem like their purchase and taste in fashion is much more exquisite than yours. Which would be quite odd since nobody ever asked them about what they bought in the first place.
Choose to share some good news with a friend shouldn't have to always propel him or her into a "me too" reaction. You should never be made to feel like you have to compete with your friends and vice versa. And no one should have to embellish on the truth to seek a more favorable opinion of themselves from others.
We are what we are. There is absolutely no point in making illusions and making up lies. Even if it did make other people like you more, they're liking a 'fake you,' which is more sad then having people dislike the real you.

Never Happy When You Achieve Something Great
If your friend tends to have something negative or insulting to say to you everytime you have some good news to share, have achieved something great, then this is not a real friend. Real friends are supportive and they are constantly sharing positive words of encouragement. They are also very selfless - they see potential in you, even when you can't see it in yourself. Pay attention to their reaction and body language, see if they seem genuine. 85% of communication is non-verbal so it should be easy to read right through them.
Friends are more than just good company. They are influential people in your life. They can either have a negative influence or a positive one. They are supportive and loving even when there is indifference and they play a big role in how you see and interact with the world.
Be the person you want to be and you'll attract individuals with the same beliefs, opinions, values, etc. The truth always comes out.
